History in Making

Building a vodka distillery on a farm was a dream I had for years, combining my love for craft spirits with the quiet, expansive space of the countryside. I started by researching distillation methods, sourcing the best ingredients, and designing a efficient facility that would fit into the farm’s existing infrastructure. The farm’s fertile land provided an ideal environment for growing the grains I needed for fermentation, while the natural spring water from a nearby mountain well would become the base of the vodka, ensuring a pure and smooth end product. With the help of family and local craftsmen, I converted an old barn into the distillery, installing state-of-the-art distillation equipment and tanks. Every step was meticulously planned to create a facility that would produce premium vodka while maintaining the rustic charm of the farm.

Once construction was completed, I set about perfecting the production process. I experimented with different distillation techniques and water filtration methods to achieve the best possible flavor profile, all while making sure the process was sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible. The distillery quickly became a labor of love; the connection to the land made the experience even more rewarding. I also embraced the farm-to-bottle ethos, ensuring that every bottle of vodka is a direct reflection of the farm’s hard work and the quality ingredients grown and harvested onsite. The distillery not only provided a unique product for local consumers, but it also became a destination for visitors who wanted to learn about the vodka-making process and experience the beauty of the farm.
